Serving The Suburbs
Is a short term mission outreach that takes place the week after Father’s Day.
June 21-26
During this week we are based at SCCC. We get to go out in the community offering the free gift of painting homes and businesses. We also spread the word about Jesus, our Lord and Savior’s free gift of Eternal life!
Trip to The Ark
Join Pastor JD and Carolyn and other members of the church on a trip to The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum in Kentucky.
Trip includes Bus Trip, Tickets to Ark and Museum, Hotel, and 2 meals.

Come Worship with the Detroit Tigers and then watch them play
We will be doing Faith and Family Day at Comerica Park again this year on Sat. June 6th. The game starts at 1:10pm and the Detroit Tigers will be playing the Seattle Mariners. We will be taking a busload of people down, more information to come…
SCCC will be sponsoring the band “Square Lucy” a classic rock cover band on June 23rd at 7:00pm at the Pajtas Theatre in Swartz Creek. This is a free concert!

Blended Worship (All ages) - Sunday at 8:30 & 11:00 am
We strive to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our teaching is biblically based and relevant to our everyday lives. Our music is a blend of contemporary and traditional styles.
The Well (All ages) - Sunday at 9:45 am
A simple church model. Music and message presented in a casual worship environment in an intimate café atmosphere. All are welcome. " Whoever believes in me, as scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow within them" - John 7:38
Nursery (Newborn to 5)
We provide a clean, safe, and loving environment. Our nursery is colorful and fun, with many age-appropriate toys. Our paid staff is background checked and trained in infant and child first aid.
Faithville (K thru 5th grade)
In Faithville, our goal is to help kids know God’s love, grow in God’s love, and then go out and show God’s love to others. We do this by presenting bible lessons in a fun and interactive way. Your children are welcome at either or both Sunday sessions.
SC-3 Youth (6th thru 12th grade)
Our youth group is a place to have connections with each other, with the community, and with God! We achieve this by taking part in Bible studies, mission trips, and simply being with each other! We can’t wait to meet with you.
HeBrews Cafe
Welcome to the Hebrew’s Café, where you will find regular and decaf coffee as well as a variety of tea, hot chocolate, and water. There is a wonderful variety of donuts, homemade cookies, and other seasonal treats that are sure to please. The Café provides the perfect atmosphere for Christian fellowship for young and old alike. Join us Sundays between 8:15 am-12:15

Our connect-grow-serve groups give us the opportunity to share our time, talents and resources to grow in God’s love. Below are some highlighted ministries or click the button for the entire list.
Music Ministry
Music provides inspiration for our worship services and out in the community. Our goal is to make disciples of Jesus Christ through music. Enjoy listening to our Praise Band or sing along with the piano/organ-led hymns. You can also participate in our choirs: Kingdom Singers and Bell Choir..
Pasties
Our church has been making delicious beef pasties for 50 years! Our pasties are typically made fresh on the third Monday and Tuesday of each month, September through May. You can place an order by calling 810-635-4555 or stop in on the days they are made fresh. The cost is $7.00 each while supplies last.
Food Pantry
We are an interdenominational non-profit center that is located in our building serving the greater Swartz Creek area. We reach out in God’s love to meet the everyday needs of individuals and families in our community. The food pantry is open Tuesday 3-5 pm and Friday 10-12 pm-Door 6 Note: No Food Pantry on the 5th Tue or Fri
Outreach
A core belief of the church is to give back to the community and the world with our gifts and time. A few areas we support locally are the Swartz Creek Food Pantry, Easter Fair, and Pasties. We support a few global initiatives: little dresses for children in Africa, Disaster Relief Supplies, Missionaries, and more.
