Description: Providing meals to those recovering from surgery, illness or child birth. This loving group helps each other make it through difficult times. This program provides 3 meals a week for 2 weeks and can be extended if necessary.

Swart Creek Community Food Basket
Description: The food pantry serves families within the boundries of the Swartz Creek Community Schools. It is located at door 6 in the back of our church. It is open Tuesday’s 3-5pm and Friday 10-Noon
