Who We Are
The Swartz Creek Community Church Music Ministry is a welcoming coalition of performers who want to bring Jesus Christ into people’s lives through music. With 4 different ensembles to participate in, we serve our community in various capacities. We offer a choir, bell choir, praise band, and The Well praise band. Our work includes performing at weekly Sunday services, at church-sponsored events, and at community events. We hope you will join us!
Kingdom Singers (Choir)
The Kingdom Singers is a multi-generational choir open to anyone to sing in. The ensemble performs a variety of music, including contemporary and traditional Christian music.
The Kingdom Singers has performed ministry work in the community, including at Landings of Genesee Valley. The group also performs the Canadian and American national anthems at Flint Firebirds hockey games. The Kingdom Singers hosts the 100 Singers Concert at the Swartz Creek Community Church, inviting groups from the Genesee area to participate in.
Music reading ability is not required but is helpful. If you are interested, please contact the church office.
Bell Choir
The Swartz Creek Community Church Bell Choir is a fun and engaging ensemble in which anyone can make music. The ensemble performs a diverse set of music that is engaging and easily assessable.
The Swartz Creek Community Church Bell Choir does not require an audition, everything will be taught. Music reading ability is not required but helpful. If you are interested, please contact the church office.
