About us
Connecting people with the love of God in Jesus Christ.
At Swartz Creek Community Church, our passion is to connect people with the love of God through worship, small groups, and missions. We consider the church to be a vibrant community that extends past the walls of the building. Several activities throughout the week blend worship and fellowship for all ages. From Faithville for our little ones to our youth group for Jr/Sr High students and our adult groups, we are focused on learning to be disciples of Jesus Christ out in the world. There is a place for everyone, whether your interests are in Discipleship classes, men’s workday, Little Dresses for Africa, making pasties, sports, or working with the children and youth or more.
We would love to have you join us. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Mission
We exist to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world
Vision
A transformed people empowered by the Holy Spirit going into the world boldly professing God’s word and showing the love of Jesus.
Our Beliefs
Our beliefs are based on our Methodist and Wesleyan heritage and share a common connection with all Christians.
We confess belief in the God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We hold in common with all Christians a faith in and through Jesus Christ. Through faith in Jesus, we are forgiven and now have a personal relationship with God.
We believe in the activity of the Holy Spirit, both in personal experience and in the community of believers. Through the Holy Spirit, we are made a new person.
We believe all persons should be baptized, as they have the opportunity, and brought into church membership. The church is God’s gift to us so that we may live out our lives as followers of Jesus with others. We are not meant to be alone.
We believe all members support the church through prayers, presence, gifts, service , and witness.
